Charred Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 corn on the cob

  • 1 tbspn cumin

  • 1 punnet cherry tomato

  • 1 Red onion diced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 bunch coriander chopped

  • 1 red chilli


Method

  1. Peel corn and cook on BBQ on low until corn is charred and soft

  2. Slice corn kernels off the cob into a bowl

  3. Combine all ingredients

  4. Serve as a side or combined with all your Mexican favorites
