Ingredients
3 corn on the cob
1 tbspn cumin
1 punnet cherry tomato
1 Red onion diced
Juice of 1 lime
1 bunch coriander chopped
1 red chilli
Method
Peel corn and cook on BBQ on low until corn is charred and soft
Slice corn kernels off the cob into a bowl
Combine all ingredients
